Some colleagues and branch managers are very kind.
Unfortunately, most of the people who could get along with me have either resigned or been transferred.
The base salary is low.
It would be bad enough to require employees to spend NT$3,600 every month on items from the company mall (which are more expensive than those on the market),
but employees are also required to come up with NT$100,000 to buy funds.
They pressure us about performance all day long.
(Items from the mall count toward performance, and if you fail to recruit anyone, you have to absorb the cost yourself.)
If you cannot meet the requirements, they will restrict your performance evaluation.
The year-end bonus is basically never more than one month’s salary.
You would make more money working part-time at a breakfast shop…………
Some supervisors really do not understand how to speak respectfully to people.
The allocation of human resources is also highly problematic.
New employees end up with more and more work piled on before they have even become familiar with their duties.
I think your company should carefully consider what its actual problems are.
Why can’t you retain anyone?
Stop being so deluded and deceiving yourselves.
