I worked there for three years.
Their bonus system was constantly being revised, and in the end it became a matter of finding every possible way to deduct bonuses. For example, an invoice being voided because of a customer's issue could become one of the reasons for a deduction.

Last month, I found a new job and was preparing to resign at the end of January. The assistant manager asked me to help until the end of February. I replied that my new job gave me days off, so I could come back and help. Unexpectedly, after working two days in February, my shift on Lunar New Year's Eve was suddenly cut, and I was also informed that I did not need to come back. Naturally, I also lost the red envelope given out that day—the bonus that everyone receives.
When I asked the assistant manager, she said that she had already applied for and completed my resignation, and that the store manager had failed to inform her that I would continue working. The question is:
I hadn't even submitted a resignation form yet, so how could she apply for my resignation in advance?
