The company appears open-minded, but is actually very conservative in its practices. The salary is quite generous, and the year-end bonus is also good, but the working hours are very inconvenient: 10:00–19:00. There’s no time left in the evening to do things for yourself, so pursuing further education or picking up your children after school is also very difficult.
