Pros
The atmosphere among employees is harmonious
Cons
They unilaterally reduce salaries on the grounds of “sharing the burden during difficult times,” and designate all personnel as managers to circumvent the law (the salary reduction can be described as canceling the “managerial allowance”).
Late or installment payment of salaries is also commonplace, and there is no overtime pay.
