He talked at length about young people’s attitudes toward work these days, changing jobs, and having too little work experience. Basically, he does not want to interview this type of job seeker. He is a rather highly subjective person. Japanese speakers are not advised to join this company, because the salary is generally not very high either. Look for a better company.
