In reality, the year-end bonus is only a red envelope and is absolutely never equivalent to one month’s salary.

Your salary may even be only half of what was originally agreed upon.

The boss spends around 2–5 hours in meetings every day,

but they all cover the same things.

It is completely impossible to work properly,

yet the boss will blame you for being slow.

The company completely disregards the Labor Standards Act.

There is no compensatory leave, annual leave is not allowed, and there is no overtime pay.
