Labor insurance contributions are consistently underreported. Even when they promise a specific salary increase, it is not reflected in the labor insurance contributions. They dismiss employees arbitrarily; some employees with very good performance are still dismissed before completing six months. They insist on issuing only one copy of the certificate of employment separation. They give you only the separation certificate stating that you were laid off. Everyone, please do not come work for this company. I worked at this company for less than a year, so there was not much to care about. Excluding the probationary period, I had not worked there for a full year. I even forgot to review the probationary period; it took five months before my salary increase was approved and I passed probation.
You have to use a LINE group chat at work, but you are not allowed to use LINE to communicate with your partner. It is basically treating people like they are in a concentration camp. Internet use is prohibited, and Facebook is prohibited; it is practically completely cut off from the outside world. They also make people sign many strange documents. For example, your final salary after resignation must be collected in cash at the company. Very strange. It was very low-grade. Later, they changed to fixed working hours with no flexibility, and you could not bring breakfast into the company, making it impossible to arrange dates after work.
