清玉手調原味茶_清玉美味有限公司
Pros

*Having experienced this place, it’s hard to find anywhere worse; that’s the silver lining in an unfortunate situation.

*Employees get along like family, which is really heartwarming! But perhaps that only applies to those who are already about to leave!

*A great place to waste your life and time.

*The company has many refrigerators stocked with food and drinks for employees, but everything is expired.

Cons

There is no respect here. Even Taiwan, often called Ghost Island, has more claim to the word “respect” than this company does.

The boss has very poor emotional intelligence (I can’t think of a better way to describe it). He often contradicts himself through his actions or words, loses his temper, and berates employees. Who knows who actually came up with all those bizarre decisions?

The boss and second-in-command often fail to communicate with each other properly, causing employees to waste time doing the same thing.

The boss clearly discriminates based on gender and religion, saying that women who do not participate in religious worship will eventually end up divorced.

Most small and medium-sized businesses in Taiwan hold religious ceremonies, but this was my first time encountering one that took all employees to worship at a “haunted temple.” Employees working overtime at the company at night often encounter strange things...

You can work overtime but cannot claim overtime pay, because it is considered your own responsibility for not finishing your work.

But why can’t the work be finished? Because the boss often gathers everyone to listen to his personal matters. Family affairs and travel stories all have to be shared, and by the time he finishes, the flowers have already wilted.

Their daughters also order you around from time to time. They are terrifying, so don’t provoke them. They hold grudges and bully their younger siblings (the kind of bullying that involves pulling on their collars).

They paint a huge picture of the future for employees, but we haven’t even seen a crumb of that pie.

They always say they are a large enterprise, but they lack the dignity and systems of one.

They always say it is not a family business, but the whole place is filled with members of their family.

Every word and action is monitored and surveilled. Say one thing wrong and you will be called in for an interview.

People who genuinely want what is best for the company are usually exiled, while the boss who is great at talking but does no work is especially well-liked.

There are also strange colleagues who like to stare at you and watch you work.

Otherwise, they sneak a glance at your screen, or try to shift blame to others first, while only picking the easy tasks.

Resigning is treated as betrayal, after which they begin verbally humiliating you and even bring up your private family matters.

As soon as they hear you say that you have a recording, they immediately change their tone.

They are still living in the golden-ratio era from the very beginning and cannot move forward.
