Overall, the employees have good relationships with one another.
There are internal problems within the company. Documents submitted for approval are often withheld by the highest-ranking supervisor, who then shifts the responsibility onto the employees.
This company has been operating for 10 years, but its longest-serving employee has only been there for five years. The employee is not allowed to take leave, including annual leave. Even when someone contracts norovirus and requests sick leave, they will keep calling other people back to work and repeatedly call you until you answer the phone.
The company has a very high turnover rate. In the three months since I joined, six employees have left. The employees who remain have to take on the work of those who resigned. Even after the company recruits a new batch of employees, many of them still leave. It is a bottomless pit.
If you are not good at flattering people and are an upright person, then you are not suited to work at this company, because you are incompatible with the people above you.
Many things are simply beyond words. When you work overtime, even your overtime forms may be returned, and you may not be allowed to apply for overtime pay, which violates the Labor Standards Act.
(They stubbornly insist that employees are under a responsibility-based system.)
If you are still interested in this company, do not regret coming here and wasting your time.
Also, remember not to be tempted by the signing bonus. This place is just a hole.
Even if they offer you 25,000, your insured salary amount will only be 22,000. The remaining 3,000 is provided through other bonuses, retention bonuses, signing bonuses, and so on, which does not protect your interests.
