I really can't think of any.
A very bizarre company.
Its hiring and firing decisions are almost completely illogical.
The workload is enormous, yet the pay is extremely low (and, most importantly, they even underreport it).
It's a family business, and the general manager and vice president act as if they were an emperor and empress.
The culture of flattery is extremely serious. When something goes wrong, almost everyone's attitude is to pass the buck and drag things out; self-preservation comes first.
They have no desire to improve and don't care about efficiency.
Going to work means putting great effort into performing a show that the boss enjoys watching; failing to cooperate is treated as a grave offense.
The low standard of the employees and the conservative, backward mindset of the entire company will absolutely exceed your expectations.
They threaten employees, dismiss them without conditions, provide no bonuses, and so on.
In particular, be careful of the person called the vice president: he has a fake smile and is a textbook example of appearing kind while being malicious inside.
