I had already uploaded my résumé to 1111, but during the interview I was still asked to handwrite it again. There were also many personal questions, such as what I was most proud of and what I regretted the most. Finally, there was an intelligence test where they showed you several pictures and asked which one should come next. After finishing the entire form, I had to wait for them to take it back and photocopy it for the interviewing supervisor. The interview was scheduled for 2 p.m., but the actual interview did not begin until 3 p.m. The next day, I received a call saying that I had passed the first-stage interview. They asked how interested I was in the job on a scale of ten. Then, after I had already discussed some of the information I had filled out with the interviewing supervisor the previous day, the person who called asked me about it again. It felt like the internal information flow was extremely poor. After the phone call, they emailed me and asked me to fill out an online résumé on their website. I then had to rewrite many things I had already written, along with additional questions unrelated to the job, such as my family circumstances. Overall, I felt that I was not treated with much respect.
