1. The company’s employees are younger than those at other companies (approximately 20–25 years old).
2. Tea bags, coffee sachets, and cookies are provided in the pantry for employees.
3. All employees are provided with dual monitors for their work.
4. The seating area is spacious and bright.
5. I can’t think of any more advantages...
1. The company atmosphere is poor. There is little interaction between colleagues; everyone handles their own cases, just so they can leave work on time.
2. The new-hire training is terribly planned, with virtually no training content at all. ※ It is recommended that recent graduates do not waste their time at this company.
3. Employees’ responsibilities are unclear. At this company, you have to understand everything.
4. The manager is impatient and short-tempered, handling matters entirely according to their mood. As long as you spend even one day at this company, don’t expect to meet their expectations.
5. Don’t think business trips are a good thing at this company; they will only cause your workload to keep piling up.
6. At this company, it is best to leave work on time, because working overtime is of absolutely “no benefit” to you. Even if you haven’t finished your work, it is still recommended that you leave on time and deal with it tomorrow.
7. At this company, you need to get very used to your colleagues taking leave! Don’t say that your colleagues are slacking off or being lazy—it’s because holiday work at this company is not paid; instead, employees receive compensatory leave. As a result, every employee has accumulated quite a bit of compensatory leave, so of course they take time off whenever they want!!
8. The year-end bonus is all a lie. The boss always tells you that the company made a lot of money and had many projects this year, but the year-end bonus is always just a tiny amount.
9. If you are lucky enough to be dismissed during your probationary period, education and training fees will still be deducted from your salary.
10. Finally, here is a summary: If you don’t work yourself to death, you won’t die; if you are thinking of working yourself to death, please call 1995. Life is beautiful—you are suited for even more beautiful scenery.
※ Someone has already posted the salary information below, so I won’t write about it.
