At most, only two hours of overtime can be claimed, and you must wait for your supervisor to ask before you can claim it. If they don't ask, you can't claim it, and employees may also be required to clock in early.
They like seeing employees work overtime; even if the work is finished, employees who do not stay to work overtime voluntarily to “enrich themselves” are considered unserious employees.
The heads of the various departments do not get along. Personal grudges between supervisors affect the work of frontline employees in each department, yet they still have an inflated sense of confidence and believe they are leading well.
