During the second interview, the manager was very talkative and friendly, and we talked about a lot of things. Although they later verbally said they would make an offer, I ultimately received a rejection email from HR.

HR did not proactively notify the candidate of the interview result even two weeks after the reference check; the candidate had to call to inquire personally. Afterwards, I received a rejection email saying that the movie ticket voucher code would be issued after completing a questionnaire. However, both the questionnaire and the movie ticket voucher code appeared in the same email, making it seem that HR did not really care whether the respondent completed the questionnaire.
