Pros
Quality Control Inspector
25,000 + 1,000 perfect attendance bonus + ? (They later said raises would depend on ability and performance)
Cons
1. Quality control had been neglected for the previous two years.
Product standards documents from the past two years need to be completed, and upon joining, internal factory forms must be filled out and implemented (there is no need to complete those from before).
2. The interview was scheduled 20 minutes early. They had not yet printed my résumé, so fortunately I brought one myself.
