I came here to look at the reviews and only then realized that our branch is actually really good....
1. No fighting over leads
2. Both my colleagues and supervisor are great
3. Your salary reflects your effort, but if you really don’t do any business development, it will be very low
4. Maybe it’s because of my previous work experience! I really think this company is great...... (crying my eyes out)
1. Each student generates approximately NT$30,000–90,000 in revenue. If you don’t reach 310,000 in a month, you have to write a report, but actually I haven’t had to write one many times
2. Even if you don’t win anything at the year-end banquet, you still get a NT$500 reward
3. Work is very flexible
4. It’s 100% sales-oriented; whether you can get used to it depends on the person
5. Our branch doesn’t fight over leads; they’re distributed evenly
6. Those in educational consulting advance faster.........
