Just complaints; there are no advantages to mention!!!!
Let me share a real case.
The company’s year-end banquet is not a reward for employees;
it is used to add to employees’ burdens!!!
For many consecutive years, they have organized a bunch of activities!
Invited a bunch of outside guests!
Every activity is thrown together at the last minute!
The numerous oversights are not the employees’ fault;
being able to accomplish this much in such a short time is already very impressive!
The ones at fault are the bosses who keep changing orders from day to day!
If they could let employees attend happily, instead of making them work as event staff without even getting a meal—
just have a simple meal, no outside guests, and stop making meaningless promotional and advertising videos.
Actually, they don’t even need to have a raffle or offer extra prizes; the employees would be satisfied.
