Whether HR, department heads, or the CEO, everyone showed great respect for the interviewee and made a sincere effort to understand your qualifications. The workplace atmosphere also seemed very positive: it was an open, bright environment, and everyone appeared highly focused and engaged.
As someone who only went for an interview, I was unable to see what areas this company needs to improve. I can only say that, subjectively, the location is somewhat remote, which personally bothers me a little. Otherwise, my first impression of the professionalism of the people at the company was still very good.
