伊凡達科技股份有限公司
Pros

1. Two meals are provided (up to an $80 limit).

2. Simple cookies and drinks are provided.

3. You don't have to worry about no one doing the work (because if you don't work, you don't get paid).

4. Newcomers with the ability can try negotiating a salary slightly higher than the industry standard. There is a good chance it will be somewhat above average.

5. The technical department has a decent level of intensity. The two main R&D staff members, D and J, are both very nice and even teach some technical-related topics. Five-star review (specifically for these two people, not the company).

Cons

1. In some departments, overtime is practically unlimited, and you may have to work overtime at any time on holidays (there is no overtime pay, plus a mandatory rule requiring you to clock in on time and work overtime).

2. As for the management department, it basically has no particularly good management abilities. Overall, the work intensity is not very high; rely on yourself.

3. If you know how to curry favor, things will be easier for you, but you still need to know how to handle basic tasks (some people apparently don't and still manage to survive).

4. Some people in higher-level positions think they are extremely capable and that all their decisions are correct. If you have too many ideas of your own, you may even get scolded.

5. The so-called numerical planners are basically just causing trouble—nothing but a joke—but everything has to go through them. It's really mindless.

6. Changing things as soon as they are said is practically routine.

7. Senior managers often contradict themselves: they forget what they said yesterday today, then turn around and scold you for it. (WTF?)

8. SOPs are indeed necessary, but they are clearly overused. It's essentially treating people like machines—a terrible system.

9. Business and customer service are the company's largest departments. Marketing, technology, products, and so on are all just trivial matters.

10. The above are comments made by people who have actually worked here. I am not merely criticizing the bad while withholding the good; in fact, there really are a great many bad aspects, warranting a one-star negative review.
