Perhaps the only positive is getting along well with colleagues.
Cons
1. Lots of miscellaneous tasks to do
2. Overtime work is unpaid, and meetings held during days off or before regular working hours are also not compensated with overtime pay
3. The company leads the way in violating the law, while also telling employees not to talk about it
4. The company keeps pushing low-priced plans, yet aggressively pressures employees to achieve high-value sales targets; if the targets are not met, employees are still required to review their performance. In addition, there is serious infighting among many parachuted-in managers
5. Many company policies are suddenly changed within a single day
6. The company actually makes many demands of customers, but always tells retail staff to placate them with scripted talking points
7. Bonuses have been drastically cut
