You are required to be on standby 24 hours a day to respond to Skype messages; otherwise, it will affect your performance evaluation.
Requests submitted by the requesting departments are unclear and incomplete, making them impossible for the development team to execute clearly (this is especially serious with the managers of the operations department, who do not review requests at all); when questioned, they cannot explain them clearly.
