You get to see that some of the tour leaders are great, learn from the tour leaders, and travel all over Taiwan~
This is a three-person company: the boss and two top salespeople. The people under them are constantly changing. I’ve heard too many senior employees complain. It’s fine for the company to be small, but the systems are a complete mess. Whatever the managers say goes, but they don’t necessarily follow the rules themselves ^^
Think carefully before joining. If you want to toughen your mind~~go for it. Oh, right...make sure to ask clearly about the bonus system before joining...
