The company’s colleagues, boss, and the boss’s wife are friendly toward people, and the company is becoming more systematic and structured;
Willing to invest in quality;
Willing to share profits.
Cons
The factory and the company are separate: the company is at Hongshulin Station, while the factory is in Bali District.
People working at the factory will get premixed powder all over them, and it can get scattered around. However, the company has showers, so employees can shower after work before going home.
