Pros
The boss is very sincere, shows great respect for interviewees, and is very considerate of them.
The interview process is provided before the interview so candidates can prepare, which gives a very good overall impression.
The colleagues seem to be quite friendly.
The company provides free accommodation, and employees can also choose to work from home, which is great for people from out of town.
Cons
As a startup, the company has limited funding and cannot offer a high salary, but it makes up for this with a flexible work system.
