Pros
The design and planning departments are easy to get along with.
Cons
1. The administration is extremely poor at treating people and highly discriminates against colleagues who did not graduate from design-related departments.
2. The boss is a very typical mama's boy: illogical, unable to make decisions, and unable to communicate with employees. The company's consultant is basically a nanny.
3. Extremely old-fashioned; everything has to be done on paper. Although it is clearly just a small company, its hierarchy is very non-flat.
