Extremely bad impression, no advantages at all!

Absolutely ridiculous! I was scheduled for an interview the next day. I was already puzzled about who would schedule an interview at 1 p.m., right after the lunch break.... Sure enough, the supervisor was not at the company. After waiting for 20 minutes, someone finally handed me a résumé and personality test to fill out. After I finished, the receptionist then said that the supervisor was unexpectedly absent from the company that day and that they would notify me of another interview time later!!

I was completely dumbfounded~ I took the time to go to the company for an interview, only to be asked to fill out some forms and then leave. Such disrespect toward an interviewee makes it easy to imagine that they would not treat their employees much better!
