When Boss Bi is away, everyone has more freedom and can relax, making it easier to get their own work done smoothly.

The boss is indecisive and often changes his mind. His own products are made in mainland China, and when they fail to sell, he blames the sales staff. Since sales employees do not stay long, he asks back-office employees to take on sales roles. Sometimes employees are also required to accompany the boss to social and business engagements. Then, after making a bunch of promises about contracts outside the company, he asks employees to come out and take the blame. He collects payment from customers before doing business, then delays delivering the products and uses the money for other things. He frequently flies back and forth between China and Taiwan, and has his own dedicated SUV and driver in Taiwan, going around bragging to media executives about how influential he is in China. Yet some media outlets in Taiwan actually believe him!! Pro-unification media outlets are still completely convinced.... Taiwan really has been harmed by having pro-unification media outlets!! It is truly pathetic...
