1. If you cannot achieve the high-rate plans, there will be various penalties and reviews. Penalties are cumulative, and reviews may take place outside working hours.

3. The systems and regulations keep becoming stricter, and there are an overwhelming number of exams, making you relive your student days of intensive studying.
If you are suited to sales and passionate about providing service, this job is a great fit for you, with plenty of room for growth and improvement. On the other hand, the performance pressure is high and the competition is intense; if you can overcome these challenges, it is a good job.
