Pros
Application location: Chunghwa Telecom building in Nantun District, Taichung
The interviewer was a seemingly very friendly middle-aged woman.
Even if an applicant seems not to be a good fit for the job,
she will still listen patiently until the end.
Cons
Many telephone-related jobs have ambiguous areas,
and Chunghwa Telecom is no exception.
What exactly does telephone interviewing involve? Promoting sales? Handling customer complaints? Contacting affiliated companies?
