Pros
The driver will chat with you about life.
Cons
1. The working hours are too long, with obvious overwork.
2. Employees are criticized even for drinking water; only bottled water is allowed, but it often runs out without being replenished.
3. The accounting error rate is high, causing trouble for order pickers.
4. The turnover rate is frighteningly high. The moving helpers are often the boss’s son’s friends, helping out occasionally,
and the son even has to privately provide them with a little red-envelope money to make up for the boss’s unfair treatment of employees.
