The woman who called to invite me to the interview and the gentleman guarding the entrance were both very kind.
0. I applied for a part-time position, not a full-time one.
1. The interviewer's professionalism and manner of speaking were far inferior to those of the HR woman who handled the phone invitation.
2. The company's application form was comparable to an investigation into one's personal background; many of the questions were unnecessary and unrelated to the job.
3. The interview questions showed almost no interest in the applicant's work experience or what they hoped to gain from the job,
and did not respect the applicant's life plans.
Instead, they asked whether the applicant was willing to sell a large amount of time to the company for minimum wage (a low-paid, all-inclusive responsibility system).
4. The atmosphere was quite strange. The only sound in the entire office was someone speaking very loudly on the phone, talking about other people's faults.
