None at all
After working there for some time, I found that one office housed two companies with numerous brands. Policies were constantly changing, there was extensive overtime, and labor laws were completely ignored. Employees were also asked to take on many additional tasks. The boss's inner circle was very obvious and they were highly emotional. I hope people interested in positions such as luxury department store purchasing and marketing will not rush into trying it, because the job will wear down your passion. After the new labor law was enacted, the company even gathered employees and said that not paying overtime did not violate the labor law, and that deducting pay for lateness was an individual's own disciplinary issue. If they had openly and blatantly said, “I simply do not follow the labor law,” I might even have respected their nerve and been willing to work there, but this brainwashing-style approach is unacceptable! They only require you to get things done without teaching you how to do them; if a new idea does not agree with them, they say you are wrong!!! The salary is also terrible. The human resources department is not professional, and neither is the accounting department. Much of the time, they are simply cleaning up each other's messes.
