There is no overtime pay. Salaries are underreported (labor insurance). There are no employee trips (the two bosses say every year that they will take the employees to Thailand, but it is just a lie). Sales staff receive no bonuses (they say the year-end bonus will be paid all at once, but the actual year-end bonus can be about five times lower than expected. For example, suppose the annual bonus should amount to NT$150,000–300,000; the year-end bonus actually amounts to NT$50,000, approximately one to one and a half months’ salary).

One year, the employee gifts at the year-end banquet were exchange gifts purchased by the employees themselves (maximum NT$1,000).

One year, the prizes were gift certificates obtained from vendors for employees to draw. This year was even worse: the year-end banquet was canceled and replaced with a spring banquet (no prizes or bonuses).

The company has no planning or systems. Policies are often changed overnight. Products have no annual planning, and the roadmap is for reference only.

In short, although jobs are not easy to find, do not come here and waste your life.
