HR was unclear about the situation and did not clearly explain the position when speaking with the interviewee by phone. Since I happened to be a newbie and did not know how to ask about the job duties, I only discovered upon arriving at the site that HR had applied for a position on my behalf that was not the one I wanted to apply for at all!

The supervisor stated that sales staff cannot have weekends off and must cooperate with flexible working hours and flexible days off.
