This company really made me cry. There is far too much chaos, and the benefits are basically nonexistent! The company is extremely stingy. The boss makes a lot of money and is still very good at cutting costs! Everything has to be done cheaply, whether it is the year-end banquet or meal pickup!
Many departments have very little coordination, and no one knows what the correct spec is. You often see people leaving, while newcomers receive very little training. HR is very good at deceiving people.
If you have just graduated and only want one or two years of experience, you might be able to accept it. But long term—find another company.
