and gain a better understanding of NAS environments
This company really made me cry. There is too much chaos, and the benefits are basically nonexistent! The company is extremely stingy; even though the boss makes a lot of money, they are still very good at cutting costs! Everything has to be done cheaply, whether it is the year-end banquet or meal pickup!
Many departments have little to no coordination, and nobody knows what the correct specs are. People are constantly leaving, and newcomers receive very little training. HR is very good at deceiving people.
If you have just graduated and are looking to gain 1–2 years of experience, you might be able to accept it. But for the long term—find another company.
