Communication and coordination between departments are not very good, and information often fails to flow properly. I have reported this to senior management multiple times, but they wait until the next incident occurs, and the problem remains unresolved. There are no SOPs or related systems to define and enforce responsibility for each department’s work (it is common for departments to support one another; doing so occasionally is fine, but if it becomes routine, that is not normal). Simply put, this is still a hotel that has only been open for a short time. Those with hotel experience may want to take on the challenge, but if you have no hotel experience and want to learn proper work procedures, I still recommend going to a hotel that has been operating longer or is part of a larger brand.
