Advantages?? Applicants can see how idle the managers or boss at this company must be.

They even have time to come here and flood the reviews. Companies where the boss OR managers are this idle are 80% terrible.

At good companies, managers and bosses sometimes personally train or supervise employees instead of just wandering around here.

Instead of flooding this site with positive reviews and making fools of themselves, the company should treat its employees better.

There are too many manufactured reviews, and they praise things far too much. No matter how much they brag, an interview will immediately reveal

whether the company is a minefield or a terrible job. The company should show some self-respect.
