Working hours are very flexible; administrative staff get scolded for leaving work on time.
The company has no room for development, and its performance has been declining year by year; supervisors often hesitate and are indecisive when making decisions, causing subordinates to do work for nothing; there is no overtime pay; support at medical conferences is often required on holidays (administrative staff can take compensatory leave, but sales staff receive neither compensatory leave nor overtime pay); one supervisor is very enthusiastic and likes “physical contact” with people; supervisors, product specialists, and sales staff lack sufficient product knowledge.
