Indirect staff are the happiest.
Traditional management mindset (does not value self-management) (each manager operates independently)
Traditional ways of working (computerization is incomplete)
Employee benefits are below average (all the basic benefits are provided, but the offerings are ordinary)
The employee meals for dinner and the late-night snack are very unappetizing.....and the hygiene............
You have to wear a hat at work and do morning exercises.
Starting salaries for new hires: Technicians with a junior-high-school education seem to earn only 16,000; those with a high-school or university education have the same "base salary" of 18,000; those with a master's degree have a fairly high base salary.
High-school-graduate technicians on the day shift earn an average of around 35,000 per month; the electroplating department pays even more (when taking 5–6 days off per month).
Team-leader-level employees almost always have only 5 days off per month. Only team-leader level and above (including team leaders) are eligible for profit sharing.
The workday is 12 hours including mealtimes. There is a 30-minute break at noon and another 30-minute break in the evening (including mealtime).
The 30 minutes spent handing over work after the shift does not count as overtime and is unpaid.
Remember to come to work on typhoon days. An allowance is provided depending on the "wind and rain conditions" that day.
A fairly mediocre company.
