Builds patience and helps you see people and things clearly
1. The manager is extremely spineless and randomly opens up a bunch of PM projects.
2. Whether in terms of money or technical growth potential, it is extremely low-level—basically manual labor.
3. The workload is heavily packed; it mainly consists of simple debugging and miscellaneous tasks. After working for three or four years, you have no idea how to transition to another job.
4. Putting on an act is very important, although with this kind of non-technical work, that may be the only thing you can compete on.
5. A sunset industry.
