Purely sharing my interview experience: The manager personally sent the invitation. There were three interviewers in total, but not one of them had looked at the work the applicant had posted online. They showed no basic respect or consideration for making the applicant feel welcome, treating people like disposable products. From the invitation by HR to the interview with the Stanford founder, the entire process was careless and unprofessional. The founder is from Taichung and seems to be a rich kid from a wealthy family who has no understanding of ordinary people's hardships. He studied abroad at Berkeley as an undergraduate and has an explosively stimulating American-style way of thinking. The entire interview felt extremely unpleasant. It is a careless manager and company, and there is a very high chance that this kind of company will go under.
