The regular day shift is 12–15 hours (常態), with a responsibility-based work system and no overtime pay. Although the company has overtime pay regulations, it is impossible to apply for it.

The turnover (resignation) rate is high and there is also a lot of work, making it very difficult to take leave.

It is strongly recommended that the company reduce working hours. Only when working hours are reduced will the turnover rate decrease, and only when the turnover rate decreases can the company as a whole enter a positive cycle.

The company must be "people-oriented"......
