Regular overtime is expected, but there is no overtime pay. You may even be expected to volunteer on holidays. Because of the compensation and benefits system, employee turnover is very high, with mostly newcomers coming and going. Those who like seeing new faces or volunteering may find it suitable.
The Labor Standards Act is repeatedly violated, but the company is not deterred by fines (for both dispatched and regular employees). I’ve heard that some departments or teams were asked to sign affidavits so the company could technically evade penalties. When the company presents a beautiful picture during recruitment, job seekers are advised to think for themselves about whether it is true.
