Regular overtime is expected, but there is no overtime pay, and you may even be asked to do unpaid work on holidays. Due to the compensation and benefits system, employee turnover is very high. Most employees are newcomers who come and go. Those who like seeing new faces or doing unpaid work may find this suitable.
The company repeatedly violates the Labor Standards Act but does not seem deterred by fines (both dispatched and regular employees). I heard that some departments or teams were asked to sign written undertakings so that the company could technically evade penalties. When recruiting, the company claims that it offers a dream job, but whether that is true is something job seekers should consider for themselves.
