No training
They expect you to hit the ground running—what's that about?
They keep telling people to learn by doing
What exactly are we supposed to learn? You keep getting scolded for asking questions
There is absolutely no honeymoon period for newcomers
Learning by doing = getting yelled at until you can't take it anymore
And my classmates at other companies
all earn higher salaries than I do
