The position applied for was general affairs, provided for reference.
The interview content included:
Written questions, a Chinese typing test with a passing score of 50 characters per minute, EXCEL, an interview, and computer troubleshooting.
After a lengthy examination and interview, I was informed on the spot that I had been hired.
The compensation was:
NT$30,000 for the first month, including a perfect-attendance bonus of NT$2,500 (that is, NT$27,500 + NT$2,500 = NT$30,000),
NT$32,000 for the second month (including the perfect-attendance bonus),
NT$34,000 for the third month (including the perfect-attendance bonus).
However, the salary listed on the 104 job posting was NT$37,000–NT$38,000, which is quite a significant discrepancy.
Two days later, I received another call informing me that this position was not suitable for me and that I did not need to report for work!
The above is provided as a reference for job seekers.
