Pros
You can chat at work, and there are snacks to eat.
Cons
The compensation is very different from what was posted on the job bank. There are no holiday bonuses or year-end bonuses, and the salary is different as well. The job you applied for will also be different from the one you actually do after joining; the workload keeps increasing every day. The supervisor is late every day, and the boss talks nonsense every day. They also lied when they said there would be a salary increase after passing the probationary period.
