I was a female technician at Aker International, working four days on and two days off. Previously, a male employee surnamed Chiu who had lower-limb disabilities from a car accident was assigned to the same FVI station as me. I also gave him a bag of defective REEL products to inspect; the REEL was filled to its limit, so it would tangle while he was inspecting it. At Aker International, I was the top disabled person because I did not want to lose favor and wanted to secure a place for myself. Therefore, the lower-limb-disabled employee surnamed Chiu eventually resigned on his own as well.

To survive at Aker International, you must always stay alert and maintain your own standing. That lower-limb-disabled male technician surnamed Chiu may have thought that, because he was referred by Ms. Yeh of the Zhubei Employment Service Station, he could come to Aker International without guarding against malicious people and workplace bullying. He was wrong—don't be so naive!!!
