Some parts of the office are good, while others are terrible. The air conditioning fluctuates between being too cold and too hot. Your computer may also be monitored by the company; look for a small V-shaped symbol in the lower-right corner. Everything you do will be recorded. The company also uses Skype with company accounts, and you cannot create your own account because it makes retrieving records convenient for them. Therefore, it is recommended that you do not use company computers for personal matters, such as logging into online banking or personal email. In addition, the company shows very little respect for talent and treats employees as disposable. Senior managers are usually unintelligent and unprofessional. They are often mediocre employees who became managers after a group of outstanding employees left. They frequently set incorrect KPIs and then force you to meet them, while pushing the responsibility onto subordinates. Customer service positions are essentially sales positions—you have to shoulder performance targets. Senior customer service staff bully junior staff, veteran employees bully newcomers, and there is usually also infighting between customer service departments (extremely serious). Senior executives even engage in sexual harassment (there are witnesses) and then pressure you to leave. The company has a legal department; whenever something seems potentially illegal, they pressure you extremely hard. The administrative department may be the only relatively safe option, but many people there also have connections. In short, I personally think this is a company that is absolutely not worth staying at. If you want to go there to slack off or see what the market is like, go ahead, but do not stay, because the people who remain are all useless. Best wishes to everyone.
